At the invitation of a Thai customer, our manager Michael Bo and chief engineer of the wire drawing machine Mr. Xu went to Thailand in June to carry out machine maintenance work for the customer for a week.
There are currently 10 inverted wire drawing machines and 4 lines Pulley type wire drawing machines in the customer's factory, all of which are supplied by our company. In one week, we have solved daily operational problems for the customer and technical problems, and enabled the machine to operate more stably and efficiently.
We also have discussed new orders. Customer satisfaction is our eternal pursuit!
